Capy UID Lookup
Sends UserGetOtherPlayerInfoRequest (10117) and UserGetTargetBattleDataRequest (10155) through a guest session and shows the decoded replies. Ids are resolved to names from the 1.9.1 config tables; untick "names" for the raw payload.
